SHIPPING RATES:

Shipping to the USA (Note that due to recent increases in shipping costs, we have had to update our shipping prices accordingly)
Standard Shipping (for orders up to 1LB): €4.99 
Standard Shipping (for orders over 1LB): €9.99 

International Shipping -
Canada: Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and carrier
International: Orders placed outside of the USA & Canada will vary based on weight and destination. 

*COVID-19 NOTICE: While we are on a consistent schedule, there have, been delays within the USPS, UPS, and DHL systems which are unfortunately out of our control. Please note that once an order has been shipped from our office, we are no longer liable for any delays that may occur.

Processing Times: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (during holiday sales please allow 3-5 business days for processing, as we are only two people we can only move so fast). If you need your order rushed, please email us at [email protected] to see if we can accommodate a quicker shipping method.
 

Lost/Stolen Packages

rogatesboutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address, we are no longer liable and you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® ((+43)6256505638). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages should be reported as a claim to USPS.

 

Customs/Duty

International customers are responsible for all duty/customs/tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package. We are not responsible for any duty/custom/tax charges you may incur.
